On my return to the Uk, I went to the check in desk and the attendant decided I wasn’t going to travel because I had an electric hand luggage which cannot be checked in due to the lithium luggage. Don’t bother. At least DickTurpin wore a mask before robbing people I had booked before the pandemic, and obviously I had to cancel my trip and the flight didn’t go ahead.
Vueling I think this is such a shady tactic. Security held me and my underage companion until I missed my flight, when the police came they moved away. He refused to call a supervisor and covered his name so that I could not make a complaint.

Vueling only in business to steal peoples money. Refund request for CASH generated a voucher which we do not want (we won't be flying in the next 12 months!). company contacts for Vueling Airlines. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human over the phone. We have tired on several occasions to contact them to discuss the matter and request a refund but it is impossible to reach someone and we keep receiving templated responses refusing a refund- terrible customer service, this was supposed to be our first experience of flying with them but would never use them again after this experience, they have wasted a lot of my time and made a stressful situation even worse!!! Vueling reserves the right to make copies of the documentation provided and to refuse to allow the passenger to board if the company detects any deficiency or anomaly. After arranging a Stag Do in Alicante, I booked an outgoing flight from Bristol July 10th with Ryanair which has subsequently been cancelled and an incoming flight with Vueling into Cardiff 13th July which hasn't.
