In a TV series I like something that captivates and makes me want to hang out for the next episode, this does just that. Movies. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. Dec 17, 2019 Lambs of God Review. It is absolutely a delight to read and to think about. 3 out of 3 found this helpful. Don’t worry, it won’t take long. What the nuns do to silence the priest and preserve their lives is unsettling and more than a little disturbing, yet full of women's lib... Read this book, scratch your head, wonder about the lives of secluded nuns, gone back to the earth.

Lambs of God, by the Australian novelist Marele Day, is the most ingeniously religious novel I have read in a long, long time. 18 out of 20 found this helpful. The moment I finished reading it, it went on my keepers shelf. The only negative is I can't find anything else written by Marele Day. I absolutely loved it and it's in my top 5 favorites now. That scene from the slaughtering of the lambs, to when the priest meets the three sisters, with all that on thier face, was pretty much the worst as far as gory goes... from then on, it was quite a psychological thrill.

I could not stop myself from whatching, it takes your attention immidiatly. This is my review of Lambs of God. Sidney Poitier’s 7 Most Memorable Performances This is a slow burn storyline with a twist that will surprise you. I am not a god loving man, so I was sceptical about this show.
Studio, albums of Lamb of God: Burn the priest, (1999): I totally recommend it to everyone. Such a great story. Nov 25, 2019 Some of the imagery stays with you, such as when the priest has an urge to "strangle his penis" when it refuses to submit to his will. Yes, it is well written and fast paced (I skipped the lengthy stories told by the priest) Erotic in a strange way. Having not read the novel, I was pleasantly engaged. The differences do not end there with Lambs offering a female-led redemption to the problems men cannot help but create for themselves in trying to run a world with only one (male) voice. A delightfully weird and rich story of a small flock of forgotten cloistered nuns. 6 out of 7 found this helpful. UK version of the Norwegian show about a surgeon who is determined to save his dying wife to the point of agreeing to treat criminals and others for cash in his highly illegal secret underground clinic. Brilliant! Brad McMurray I guess if they did they would have found him in 5 minutes and then we wouldn't have any story at all. Like a large fresco, like a mix of faith and magic, like perfect frame for old and new romance. The show's on it's place, and i don't think that it could've been any better. But the human characters and their interactions are very credible and there is therefore a deeper reality in the show - assisted by a great cast and wonderful sets. Fun read -- unusual story, and I never know what was going to happen.
