Cancelled two of my bookings and refused to give me a refund, both during covid and even though it was their fault!!! Althought it was very timely process getting a refund due to covid-19. Refund request for CASH generated a voucher which we do not want (we won't be flying in the next 12 months!).
The trouble with our Barcelona to Granada flight began before we even set foot in Spain. My flight from the United States to Europe was canceled with no alternative flight due to COVID-19, therefore, I will be unable to be on this flight.

On my return to the Uk, I went to the check in desk and the attendant decided I wasn’t going to travel because I had an electric hand luggage which cannot be checked in due to the lithium luggage. We have tired on several occasions to contact them to discuss the matter and request a refund but it is impossible to reach someone and we keep receiving templated responses refusing a refund- terrible customer service, this was supposed to be our first experience of flying with them but would never use them again after this experience, they have wasted a lot of my time and made a stressful situation even worse!!! I agreed to pay the £6.50 fee in order to be able to board the plane and use the over head compartment. Took 3 months to get a refund.
Vueling refused to give me a refund and instead offered a voucher which had to be used before the end of this year.. during a pandemic.. Terrible covid experience in Lanzarote-Malaga flight.
