I had an afc of 12, 12 eggs retrieved, 12 mature, 11 fertilized, and 9 made it to day 5/6. However I might have just been a hopeless case lol, I wouldn’t discourage you from trying. Also, hubs and I have been keto for 1 year but are a little anxious about trying this new diet.

I have typically had 8-10 eggs retrieved each time but got 11 this cycle.What worked for me was priming with omnitrope for 3 months to boost egg quality, follistim and menopur again to boost egg quality, LDN to decrease immune response, prednisone for inflammation, doxycycline, and prograf to aid in implantation and not reject embryo. (Out of all of our transfers, I only had 1 embryo implant last year but ended in miscarriage at 8 weeks. I’d also recommend supplements, TCM and acupuncture, and definitely omnitrope.I'm 14 weeks with our CNY success.
